The Affordable Housing Professional Certificate Programs require nine courses to complete. There are three required courses; three courses that specialize in either Funding and Finance or Project Management. The Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA) was incorporated in as a not for profit organization. The Mountain, Plains, Desert area serves the needs of industry members in Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming. Our members manage approximat units of HUD, THS and tax credit financed affordable housing.
